Gabriola, like many Gulf Islands is home to a number of trees, and, well, a number of people who really like trees and making sure that they stay stuck in the ground, growing, and healthy. A number of years ago this parcel of land was logged extensively, much to the upset of many people on the island. Today it is in the process of recovery and has been protected as the 707 Acre Community Park.
This cache is our tribute to the tree huggers amongst us. BYOP.
