Geocache Description:

BYOP

Many years ago Turlock had the highest number of churches per capita than anywhere else in the United States. This was attributed to the many different ethnicities represented by those that call Turlock home. This particular location was the home of the first LDS (Mormon) church in Turlock before the two newer buildings were built on the north side of town on Geer Road. There's not much to be seen here now...
