The "In Extremis Series" is a collection of caches that we will be placing on our travels. As the name suggests, each cache will be hidden approximately 160km from our home, the furthest that Groundspeak will allow a cacher to hide a cache from home these days.
Each cache will have inside of it a clue that will need to be recorded. Once the cache series is entirely hidden, all of the clues will be able to be compiled to reveal the location of the In Extremis Mystery Cache.
This cache is not designed to be anything other than a point in a series. It is a very simple road side cache near a busy highway.
We placed this cache on the last day of a road trip home from Mt Hotham in Victoria, we had been there for a week of skiing. We also often pass by here when we are attending Scout camps on the South Coast.
The Princes Highway runs for 1,941km between Sydney and Adelaide. More information on the highway can be found at (visit link) .
