This is a cache for the 10 10's event, but I couldn't find a way to work 10 10's into it. No finding or logging this before 10:10:10am on 10/10/10!!!!!
This is the eighth in a series of anagram caches. The above coordinates are bogus; actual cache location is within 2 miles of that point. Once you have solved the puzzle, cache is a film canister in an urban setting.
Pick a digit, call it "R". Add three, call it "T". Add one, call it "O" (that's the letter, not the number). Finally, add three again and call it "U". "U" should equal one more than "R" plus "O". As always, should you or any of your IM force ... oops, wrong disclaimer... As always, if you stray into the realm of double digits, you need to start over.
