Off Golden Pond Traditional Cache

One of the great movies is On Golden Pond where a retired couple summers on a lake with beautiful views.

When I placed this cache I was trying to think of a good name for it and when I turned around the view over this pond with the morning sun low behind me, the yellow leaves on the far side of the pond, the grassy pasture behind that and the full moon in the background reminded me of this movie. I hope you enjoy the view as much as I did.
 

The terrain rating is due to the long hike for the parking coordinates. There is a pull-off near here but is is posted NO PARKING. Use the parking lot and enjoy your hike to this vista!
