Geocache Description:

Plans were set for Haymarket Village Center. Home Depot and Safeway were signed on as anchor stores to this 262,000 sq. foot shopping center. Drawings were made for stores, parking, traffic, utilities.
The lot was cleared, utilites placed. Then, boom, the recession hit and the plan went way off course. When will this lot see the wheels of commerce turning again?

Update 4/2/12: Do not enter the construction area. The exit lane is blocked and there is room to park there. When the exit opens this cache will be archived.
