A magnetic micro in a public place.
While this is a crowded area, I've always found plenty of parking here. Now, all you need to do is park and find the cache. Try to be subtle so the cache lasts. Happy hunting.
Update 12/16/11: the cache has been replaced in a new location that I hope will be less likely to draw attention to seekers. You're looking for a magnetic key container, 2/3 of the way up.
Update 10/8/10: congrats to oneangrypuppy for FTF! Security patrols seem to be much more of an issue if you're there after dark, not so much in the daytime.
