Geocache Description:

On our way to Santa Barbara to find some caches there Me and MommyO pulled off at this vista point on the 101 southbound to take a look and spotted some dolphins playing below.
Great spot for a cache we thought so, here it is.
If you're lucky you might get to see what we saw.
Watch for a high muggle factor AND, scan the Munzee on the guardrail with your smartphone!!
