Thanksgiving: Evil Pecan Pie Krisscop's 50th Bday Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

-Rusty-: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Krisscop would call this evil if she were looking for it. PLEASE replace cache (and decoys?) back carefully.

Not a typical Krisscop hide...although she is Getting BETTER AT IT!!! I was looking for Taft's Matchbook Cache place .21 or more away.(was a DNF for me today) and thought this park is HUGE and deserves more than 2 caches.
Spent HOURS here as a kid sledding, and always got teased as my mom worked in "the nut house" across the street.
A BENCHMARK (watertower) is viewable from the driveway across the street.

Cacher Markfromarc and I have been trying to come up with new and different ideas for caches. I was looking on EBAY and WHOOSH!!! AN IDEA...I thought...Well..I Can do that Better then THEM and it won't cost me anything I don't already have.

Get ready...there's some cool new ones coming out.

PLANT A CACHE!!!

PECAN PIE...YUM if done right..>I like Pecans all the way THROUGH the pie..not just that Sissy way of pecans laying on top.

Once again The Pioneer Woman offers step by step directions in making "The Pie That Will Make You Want To Cry".

Pour syrup mixture over the top. Cover top and crust lightly/gently with foil. Bake pie at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove foil, then continue baking for 20 minutes, being careful not to burn the crust or pecans.
