A restfull place for memories and remembrances...

This Remembrance Cache is dedicated to our Mom, Granny, Sister, Friend... gone but never forgotten who passed away, October 10, 2009.

You are looking for an ammo can used as a resting place to add a memory item or two for someone you'd like to remember. If you don't have an item, that's ok too... just add a note of remembrance in the cache log book and in your posting. I've started with some memory items of my own which includes a Christmas ornament painted by my mom, another Christmas ornament that was created and given to family and friends at her memorial and a "Lung Cancer is BREATHTAKING" wristband with her name on the inside. I've also included a remembrance TB (KE8M4K) with a few items that I would like to see end up in its final resting place in Paradise, CA.

 
UPDATE Found 10/11 - I have included three... that's RIGHT...3 UNACTIVATED Hogwild Famous Traveling Geocoins from www.hogwildstuff.org.

Congratulations to RXWranglers for the actual FTF and for sharing the Traveling Geocoins with Wooden Cyclist and andrewceturner and PVTeam. It never ceases to amaze me how Geocaching brings people together and is shared by so many... It's no wonder I can never get a FTF!

I really wanted this cache to be published and found on 10/10 not only to remember my mother, but to also be part of the 10 year record attempt. But, as I read the logs and saw how much fun you guys had and the sharing of the coins... well, this has been a pretty great "remembrance" for me. Thank you you all!!
