Geocache Description:

This cache was suppose to be part of a series, but I was foiled by the City and County who changed the status of one of our local Park Sites to a Nature Preserve with no public access. Oh well, since I already had a container I had to do something with it, so I give you this simple guardrail cache named after a Simon & Garfunkel song. Log only so BYOP.
