Kurzer Tradi beim Bahnhof Susten - Leuk
A short traditional near the railway station Susten- Leuk
Nördlich des neuen Bahnhofs Susten - Leuk fliesst die Rhone und darüber führt eine alte Stahlbrücke, die nicht mehr in Betrieb ist. Betreten ist verboten, kaum möglich wegen der Absperrung und für das Heben des Caches auch unnötig!
Die Brücke diente früher dem Transport von Steinen aus dem heute ebenfalls stillgelegten Steinbruch nördlich der Rhone zum Bahnhof. Dort wurde das Gestein auf die Normaleisenbahn umgeladen (Danke an den netten Garagisten der Garage du Rhône für die Auskunft. Er weiss fast alles über Susten!).
Der Weg zum Cache ist leicht möglich vom Bahnhof aus, wo man auch parkieren kann.
Startinhalt: Logbuch, Stift, FTF-Geschenk Minitool, Glasstein rot, Glasstein rosa, Nati - "T-Shirt" Behrami, Coop-Schlüsselanhänger, Uhlsport-Schlüsselanhänger.

Nachtrag 22.05.2011: Terrain nach einigen Kommentaren auf 3 gesetzt. Vor allem der direkte Weg ist nicht so einfach! Bitte den Cache wieder dort ablegen, wo er war und von Aussen gut erreichbar ist. Man soll nirgends auf die Anlage klettern müssen, um den Cache zu bergen! Vielen Dank.
North of the railway station Susten - Leuk, the Rhone river is floating. Over it, there is an old iron bridge, abandoned since a long time. Don't climb on it! It's almost impossible, dangerous and not necessary to fnd the cache.
This brigde was used to transport stones from the nearby quarry to the railway station where they were transferred to the big railroad (Thanks to the nice owner of the Garage du Rhône in Susten for the information. He knows almost everything about the place!).
You can go easily to the cache from the railway station, but you can also park yur car just next to it.
Starting contents: Logbook, pencil, FTF-Gift Minitool, red glass stone, pink glass stone, "Soccer T-Shirt" Behrami, Coop-keychain, Uhlsport-keychain.

Put the terrain to T3 after some comments. Especially the direct way is quite challenging. Please place the cache, where you found it. Don't put it on the bridge construction in a way that (especially a small) one has to climb to grab it. The old brigde is the star in that location, not the difficulty of the cache retrieval. Thanks!
