Nice scenic hike in the woods. Not too dangerous. Should be an easy find. This cache was placed for a much needed ammo can size container in the area.
There was a need for another ammo can size cache. So a nice hike in the woods from the "Slippery When Wet" cache will take you to this spot. The woods are nice and clear, not a lot of underbrush. If you find "Slippery When Wet" first, there is a nice trail that goes along the river about half a mile into the woods for this cache.
There is a spot or two in these woods that people have decided to use as their own personal dumping ground. It's sad really. Such nice scenery ruined. Please bring a small bag with you and do some "cache in trash out" and help clean up this park.
REVISITED: Some very rude person stole the old Keebler Elf ammo can and dumped all it's contents into the woods. This one is now chained down.
