A peaceful spot off the beaten track near Hilldene. It's an ideal spot for boiling the billy or perhaps even a picnic in the company of friendly Giant George.
Giant George stands guard over the Ashes Bridge Road crossing of the Sugarloaf Creek. Though never fear as he'll happily let you through, provided you are a good geocaching citizen of course.
Jezarocks discovered this location while riding his bike 'around the block' on what turned out to be a 15 km bike ride (However, the flat tyre at the very *end* whilst pedalling up the drive way is another story altogether). Just around the corner his organisation holds an annual planning weekend with the added benefit of escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. In the vicinity of this area we have often seen kangaroos, lizards and today while placing the cache there were flocks of corellas flying over. I believe there are snakes in the area as well.
