Geocachingove skratky – stretávame sa s nimi pri tejto hre, radi ich sami používame. Uľahčujú a urýchľujú nám vzájomnú komunikáciu a často výraznejšie povedia to, čo by sme mnohoslovne opisovali. Jednoducho povedané, prilepili sa nám na jazyk i klávesnicu ;)
Tak si ich šikovne zopakujeme.

1, skratkou T4TC v logu: (The abbreviation T4TC in the log means)
-         upozorňujem ownera na potrebu údržby kešky   ( 11 )  (note to the owner that the cache needs           maintenance )
-         ďakujem za nájdenie kešky   ( 31 )  (thank you for finding the cache )  
-         značím, že som v keške nemenil nijaké predmety   ( 53 )  ( I made no exchange of any object in           the cache)
      
        
2, ak owner napíše v listingu skratku BYOP, znamená to:

Čísla v zátvorkách pri správnych odpovediach sčítame.

Tento súčet použijeme na korekciu horeuvedených súradníc, na ktorých by sme kešku asi márne hľadali.

Výsledné číslo prirátame k tisícinám zemepisnej dĺžky  a odrátame od tisícin zemepisnej šírky.

Finálne súradnice sú na svete, prajem príjemný lov.
