Container replaced with a slightly larger than small, but not quite a regular sized, container.

Samson was a huge bull elk who hung around Estes Park for many years, and was a town favorite. He was illegally shot by a poacher on Nov 11, 1995. The poacher was caught, but the meager fines given caused such an uproar that the local communities lobbied for larger penalties for illegally killing "trophy" game animals. The enhanced penalties are now known as the Samson Laws.
