Geocache Description:

A relatively simple cache in an interesting "new" place.

This is the start of a 500 million dollar re-investment into the local community.

This cache is is NOT attached to any electrical boxes / units. Please do not disturb these items - you will not need to even touch them.

For those of you that use Google Maps to scope out a cache before you head out, the current satellite view is very dated. This is NOT an LPC as one might surmise from the overhead.

The cache gets its name from all the new construction going on in the area.
