Geocache Description:

Give Me Liberty or Give Me Comics REPLACED ON 11/09/2024 An all ages cache in an urban environment. Free Parking surrounds it. Benches nearby. Available 24/7 Handicap accessible. Dogs allowed. Very simple cache that anyone can enjoy.

REPLACED on 11/09/2024 This is my first cache, and I've placed it in an area where I can watch it all the time while I'm at work. It's a small one, but should be easy to locate. You will have to bring a pen as the cache holds only a register for initials. The micro can be found in a small park known as MILLENIUM PARK, and has very high traffic which includes muggles, police, and the Mayor of Kokomo walking by the area several times a week. It will be easy to find, but you'll have to be incredibly stealthy to pull it off and not be seen. There is the challenge. Highest challenge rating is Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM after that it will be a lot easier to pull it off.
