The name has nothing to do with Texas Tech...the turnoff to where I hid this cache is "Red Raiders" road. And when you get there, you will see where "Fly" came from. Take a minute to remember those who served and kept our nation free.
You will not need to cross any fences or go through any gates to reach this cache.
