wjgrun: Unfortunately with New Jersey State Parks and Forests new geocaching management policy, this cache did not receive a permit and has to be archived (Thankfully 32 of 35 of my geocache hides under their purview did receive permits!).

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Ringwood State Park. Park hours are listed as 8:00AM to 8:00PM.

On a return visit to one of my nearby caches, I spotted this hill from a distance and vowed to return some time to explore it. I did return and made the climb, enjoying the views from several vantage points. I hope you like this hill!

Please remember that these connected parks are home to all sorts of wildlife, please be observant & cautious. I have run across black bear, snakes, deer, and lots of TICKS here (amongst many others).
