You are looking for a bison tube. Difficulty rating due to regular appearance by mall cops and/or dozing cabbies and ambulance drivers.
Oakwood Center (previously named Oakwood Mall and Oakwood Shopping Center), opened in 1966, was originally anchored by four long double rows of oak trees at four entrances (north, south, east, and west). As the mall grew, the oaks were removed, and this cache is located at one of two remaining shortened rows of oaks. Congrats to mbooda and pbooda for FTF!
