On top of a hill with a fantastic view of Coley's Point and surrounding areas. While on top, make sure you look for the government survey marker.
It's denoted "not kid friendly", but that only refers to the last bit of the search. If the kids are 7-8+ then they are probably fine; if they are younger, then someone older should fetch the cache while the little ones enjoy the view.
----- Currently needs maintenance. Will fix up next time I get an opportunity to visit. In the interim, the location is still worth the visit and you can log your soggy find on the web -----
