How Geocaching Works

The cache is an ammo can with multiple stickers on it honoring Pat Tillman who wore #40 while playing for the Arizona Cardinals. 04/30/11- My thanks to Choppnhappydog for the incredible head stone. It is truly a beautiful piece of art. 04/26/14- Moved Cache off Arizona Trust Land to BLM land north of Dolan Springs.
If you are out this way chances are you have driven by, have gone over , or are about to go over the Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. I became aware of Pat Tillman after his untimely death at the hands of fratricide will serving with the Army's 2nd Ranger Battalion in Afganistan. From what I have read about Pat was that he was the kind of man that myself or anyone else I associate with would have been proud to know or at the very minimum have a beer with. This man did not let money or the prestige of being in the NFL sway him from doing what he thought was right. While out here in the desert or high over the Colorado on the by-pass, please take a moment to reflect on this incredible human being and those that are still out there keeping us safe.
