Leo Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ice and Wind: I've learned that this cache is hidden in a manner that is not allowed under our listing guidelines. Specifically that a hole was drilled in a structure along a public trail in order to creat a hiding spot for a bison tube.

Here is a link to the guideline: http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#propertydamage

If the cache owner has permission for this cache or if there are any other mitigating circumstances that I should be aware of the they can email me (through the send message link on my profile).
