Icon Trail: Wherigo at Broken Bend Wherigo Cache

Welcome to Broken Bend, an important terminus on the Icon Trail! Here you'll find a very easy Wherigo, a special sort of geocache which uses a small downloadable piece of software called a Wherigo cartridge to direct you to the location for the final prize.

Download the cartridge for this Wherigo cache, install it on your Wherigo-capable device, and run the cartridge. Then proceed to the posted coordinates which will also serve as parking, and follow the instructions to get to the final. Note that if you get to the parking area before you start running the cartridge, it may be necessary to walk a short distance away from the parking coordinates and then walk back to trigger the next stage.

And also note that now, you should ignore the photo in the cartridge as the tree which originally held the container is no more. The coordinates remain the same but the hint has been updated since then.

Please remember that hunters will be out and about in season. Plan the timing of your trip appropriately, and be sure to wear your blaze orange in season!
