This may be a very difficult cache for some, may not be so hard for others. If you search for this cache and do not find, list a DNF in order to get a hint.
This cache is wheel chair accessible, but, watch the little kids because this is right next to a very busy street. The City of Joplin has been beautifying Joplins' downtown area and will be starting its next phase very soon.
I took a few different readings to try to come up with the most accurate position. This was a little difficult because there is a 4 story building just West of the cache.
Please bring your own writin' stick (thats how they say it down in Georgia).
You may park on the NW corner of 8th and Main (the new City of Joplin Parking Lot).
