Villa La Valera, nonostante alcune modifiche, conserva le sue linee originarie, diventando un'importante testimonianza di insediamento signorile settecentesco tipico lombardo.
Per una convenzione tra la famiglia Ricotti e il Comune di Arese, i cortili della villa vengono utilizzati per manifestazioni culturali, come ad esempio i "Concerti in Villa" che vedono esibirsi musicisti di fama internazionale. '

'Villa Latta-Settala-Marietti-Ricotti, commonly known as La Valera, is a prestigious eighteenth century architectural complex, located in Valera in Arese.
Villa La Valera, despite some changes, still retains its original lines, becoming an important testimony of stately eighteenth-century settlement typical Lombard.
