Don't Fence Me In Traditional Cache

This cache is located in one of two Park-N-Ride lots at the intersection of Interstate 64 (a.k.a. US 40/61) and MO Highway 94. It is intended as a quick park-n-grab and is accessible from both inside or outside the fenced parking area.

The container itself is a small bison tube. Due to the container's small size, the cache doesn't haven't a writing instrument and it can't support trackables.

Tip: As with all caches of this type, it is much easier to remove and replace the log by inserting it into the bison tube's cap before screwing it back onto the body.

NOTE: PLEASE LOG YOUR DNF!  I know some geocachers are reluctant to log unsuccessful attempts so that they don't spoil their find ratio.  However, without DNF log entries the owners (like me) can't determine whether to raise the difficulty, describe the cache more explicitly, and/or add more hints.
