Another in our series of caches based around our favourite dog
walks. This short stroll will take you along the Frome Chalk Stream
on the edge of Dorchester to an interesting spot with great views
across the flood planes to the North West of the town and fantastic
wild life and birds. Cache placed with the kind permission of
Dorchester Town Council and the Friends of the Riverside Reserve

This is a 5-point multi cache; you will need to collect some numbers along the way to calculate the final cache co-ordinates.
Clue 1 At the parking co-ordinates there is a Fire Hydrant the top numbers read 10? A=?
Clue 2 Walk along the river to N 50 43.080 W002 26.300 then answer the following questions
B = Myosotis Scorpioides
C = Brown Trout (note you need to add the two digits together to make one figure)
D = What number Dorchester Roman Town Trail?
Clue 3 Down the river a little way to N 50 43.063 W 002 26.191 How any ducks sit on the wall of Friary Cottage Answer = E
Clue 4 Continue along the river to N 50 42.996 W 002 26.030 stand on the square inspection hatch
F = the number of individual shutters on the house
G = the number of letters in the second name of house called River ???
