Geocache Description:

a roadside cache on a part of Old Hwy 637
This cache is dedicated to my dad who would have loved this game if he had still been around but his spirit lives on in Killarney. His birthday was October 10.

Back in the 60's when my family use to come to Killarney, it was a looong, slooow and very winding journey along HWY 637 .It took over an hour from Hwy 69 to Killarney Prov Park..

At this location there use to be a picnic area and outhouses .When my grandparents from England came over they always wanted their cup of tea. As kids we nicknamed the Wanapitei River the " Wanna Cupa Tea" River.

If you wander further down the road you will see where the old bridge use to be...back in the 60's it was a single lane wooden bridge and it terrified me .

The cache is an easy find...hope you enjoy the area and the little waterfalls that are here.
