Geocache Description:

Cache is located in new parkade. Highest altitude possible without a ladder. Terrain is easy. You can park right next to it or take the elevator. I think parking is 1$ an hour or free if you leave after 8pm Congratulations to Dodger Lizard Crew for FTF! And yeah, I was thinking about the Dead Kennedy's song California über alles too when I thought of a perfect name for this cache. BTW, über alles is German for "above all else" which is very appropriate.

The revitalization of downtown Wilkes-Barre is underway with new businesses opening up within walking distance of the Public Square. With the anticipated surge of pedestrian traffic there will need to be someplace for everyone to park their car. Limited parking has always been a big issue with the downtown area. Finally something has been done with the construction of a brand new, multilevel parking garage. To celebrate this milestone for the city I have placed a micro cache in the garage. I had a clear view of the sky when I hid this cache! (nudge, nudge, wink, wink, know what I mean)

CONGRATULATIONS AIRNUT FOR FTF!!! New cache, old location. BRING YOUR OWN PENCIL! Something or someone happened to the original cache here. It's a great location for a cache so I planted a new one. This new one is in a different place than the first, but close enough as to not affect the original coordinates. I won't tell you what your looking for because that would make it too easy as it is more or less in plain site. If you found the old cache that was here come back and search for the new one. I will also honor first to find for the MARK II. One more thing, be aware there is an office building and apartment building close by where people may see you.!
