Geocache Description:

This is a mystery cache. The listed coordinates are NOT for the final cache. You must solve the puzzle below to determine the final coordinates. You need to make a keen observation outside your normal frame of reference and decipher the coordinates below. The final coordinates are within 2.5 miles of the listed coordinates. This cache should be winter friendly if there is less than a foot of snow on the ground.

Consider the following list of sentences. Each sentence contains a hidden element. Together, the elements from each sentence will form an obvious pattern or connection to a common theme. To solve this puzzle, you need to:

  • Discover the hidden elements in the sentences below and deduce the theme that binds those elements together.
  • Rearrange the sentences into their appropriate order based on the theme.
  • Two sentences do not fit the theme perfectly. Eliminate these sentences so that you have a re-ordered list of ten.
  • Assign the remaining letters to the values 0-9 in the new order. For example, if the final sentence order is FHLACDBGEJ then F=0, H=1, ... J=9.
