The Wau-King trail is a paved path that connect Waupaca and King. The cache is placed near the King side of the trail.
We received the cache container as a FTF gift from "majday" in their Waupaca Woods cache. We thought it would be cool to use it for our next hide. We have driven past this trail many times and looked for places to hide other cache containers, but it wasn't until we had this container that we knew exactly where we wanted to hide a cache.
This is a great 3.9 mile total trail that takes you through beautiful wooded areas as well as places such as the Veterans cemetery, Waupaca High, Waupaca dog park and South park (with a swimming beach!).
This cache blends in well even with unintentional camo (tape pulls off fresh paint well :-) )
