Geocache Description:

There really is a street here. It's name is Emma St. The street that allows access to this area has been closed. A new street (K St.) now allows access here. Finding K St. may be the real challenge.

This is a Park & Grab. You can drive to within a few feet of it. While you may have the coordinates right, are you sure you have the elevation right? This one may be difficult to spot right away, but the real hard part may be trying to find your way to the location. DO NOT TRY TO PARK ON THE HIGHWAY!
