This cache has been hidden to publicise Waverton’s novel
Turning Circle. Although the circle is mostly used by buses, it
still is a secret hideaway what lurks down the lane. I would not
recommend driving down the lane because it is only tarmaced until
the house and the cache is after that.
The cache itself is only a short walk away from the circle and
is along a public footpath to Hatton Heath. If you are thinking of
walking the footpath, please be aware that in some fields there are
cows. This area was unknown to me so I didn’t know it existed
until today. The area and walk is lovely and I hope you enjoy this
special cache. If you are stuck for a turn-around point after this
cache, you know where you can turn!
Good luck and enjoy!
