Anyone who has done any caching along the Interstates in the Carolinas and many other states is familiar with the JOE series (Just Off Exits).
The JOE caches, as the name implies, are simple and often boring park and grab caches located within a couple of hundred meters of a highway interchange.
This cache was part of the K3 event on October 30, 2010.
Do not park on the 401 or the exit/entrance ramps. There's safe parking available on Joyceville Road very close to this cache.
