Geocache Description:

This cache is a round container about 5 inches in diameter. Contains waterproof log and pencil plus plenty of room for swaps. This is the STASH CACHE in this series!

Please replace cache so that it is well concealed.

Cachers with children or dogs will be especially well disguised when looking for the caches.

Please let me know if any of the caches become wet, damaged or go missing.

Wheelchair users will probably find it difficult to get to this cache. The cache is a little tricker to find than caches 1 & 2.

One of a series of caches set in Gloucester Park. This is not a puzzle cache so you could try for one or all of the caches - if you complete them all in order then your walk will be a little under a mile on level ground.

"Gloucester Park" has plenty to do if you would like to make a day or half day of it.

The Ranger is on duty most of the time during the day (depends on the season). When he is on duty there are also public toilets at the Ranger's Hut beside the children's play area.

As well as the usual green space, trees and children's play area there is a permanent table tennis table (bats and balls provided at the Ranger's Hut), a badminton/volleyball net (bring your own equipment) and a walk in fountain designed so that children, dogs and crazy adults can run in and out of it and get soaked.

There is also a static (permanent) orienteering course in the Park. The necessary map is available free of charge from the Park Ranger's hut. You could probably complete the course without a compass, although one would be helpful.

In the summer you may be able to enjoy watching a game of cricket on the adjacent pitch.

Free on street parking is available in Midland Road (nearer to cache 1) and Weston Road (nearer to caches 2 and 3).
