Haley Whoo? Traditional Cache

This cache was made in honor of my baby sister Haley. We call her Haley Who? because not very many people remember her, they remember her older sister Tator Tot..... This is why we nicknamed her Haley Who? and we decided to name the cache Haley Whoo? because it is a clue towards finding the cache.
This is a great cache for everybody that loves caching in the wetlands and would like to see another one emerge. The cache is great for kids and there are many paths around this area to take to enjoy the beautiful parts of the Bolsa Chica wetlands. Please treat this cache delicately because it is fragile in some areas and also do not screw the cap on tightly of the next cacher may not be able to open it. There is room fro small swag items but only uniquely shaped swag items may fit. Hope you have great time caching in Wet Lands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
