One More Toe Traditional Cache

Some years ago we put out our first cache. We called it A Toe In the Water to show we were making our first try at hiding a cache. With so many local cachers working on streaks, we decided it was time for another easy one like that first cache we hid.
Have fun but do watch out for muggles.
