This is a quick delve into the Historic Forest of Dean. Pioneering Metallurgists David and Robert Mushet experimented at this site and made many discoveries which are still in use today. The coordinates are for the car park. You must collect information along the way to find the cache. Please check the time that the car park is locked in the evening. This cache can be done in conjunction with GC2GW74 -Old Mine. Placed with the kind permission of the Forestry Commission.
Route is along paths and tracks, NOT suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. Small children should be well supervised as there are water and steep drops along the route. Answer the following questions at the waypoints along the route to find the final cache. Final Cache Coordinates are N51.46.5AD W002.35.(E+F)BC It is a lovely area and worth exploring, however we would strongly advise bringing a map. It is very easy to get misplaced in this area when wandering along the interesting forest tracks.
