Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden near the Fulks Run Ruritan Park's paper recycling place. You can bring newspapers, magazines, boxes, and card board here for recycling. Please feel free to drop off paper at the recycling place. This cache is not available after dark.

My dad started the Ruritan's paper recycling project several years ago. He would go to all the stores in Fulks Run to pick up paper and also to Fulks Run Elementary School. He had a building at his house for people to drop off paper that he collected to be recycled. In 2007, my dad recycled 37 tons of paper. In 2008, he recycled 31 tons of paper. After he got sick, he had to quit recycling paper. This year the Ruritans have began the paper recycling project in his memory. The money that they collect from recycling is to go to help Fulks Run Elementary School.
