This location has been here for years, and I don't know the full story behind it, but we have seen it grow and evolve since we first spotted it a number of years ago. It seems the residents leave things here when they don't need them. If you know anything about why this is here, please feel free to share.
sun-moon-starz helped me check coordinates by finding this before publication, so she has signed the log, but does not get to claim FTF.
Update 12/1/10 I have been given a little more information about this location. Ky Orphan writes:
Bud, FYI...I like BBQ Poptart cache. BUT, during the summer the old fella does sell stuff from on top of the car...so strangers may be a problem. While it looks abandoned, most any day you will find him lurking across the road in the bushes in his lawn chair. Seriously, you think you're alone next thing you know he is right next to you. Mosr of the time he has the vehicle on the 27 right of way and periodically has to move it to the current location because the state hiway dept. makes him.
So, I think that once the spring thaw comes, I'll be retiring this before the owner comes back for his summer garage sale.
