Geocache Description:

This is #10 in my Benchmark/Cache series.
Most of them are in the Spring/Humble area,
but decided to do this one near my work.
This building may not be here for very long
because of the construction of Townhouses
in the area. The Marker was placed in 1918
on the Waddell Furniture Warehouse. This
is the oldest BM in my series. Cache is
about 150' SE of BM.
