Easy find, A 5 gallon bucket from Umpqua Hunters (Thank You!) Please leave the "Thank You" alone. And yes, there is some poison oak near the cache, its part of Geocaching!

After spending 5 months doing a job for someone that didn’t show any appreciation, I thought that it was appropriate to place a cache in this spot. I would leave the job feeling discouraged and every time I saw this Thank You sign, my spirit was renewed. I have no idea who placed it here or what the original intent of it was but it was definitely there when I needed it. My hope is that this cache is a reminder to all of how important it is to express gratitude for the things that others do for you. Just as it is important to all of us that we receive thanks and feel appreciated, even if it has to come from an anonymous sign.
