GNYC-BSA: Seven years is a good run for a cache. No one around anymore to maintain it so it's time to go.

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
For 100 years, the Boy Scouts of America has helped youth become more than they ever though possible. And we'll continue that journey into the next century.
This cache replaces the last Volunteer Quest cache that I archived a few months ago as the site was too vulnerable.
Finders of the original Volunteer Quest can definitely search for and record this new cache
VOLUNTEER QUEST: Scouting volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, but all are committed to one thing -- leading youth to become responsible, caring, and competent citizens. This cache is to honor the countless hours given to youth by volunteers of any organization. THANK YOU FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE -- this cache is for you.
Forest Park is a large urban park where urban scouts can get out and enjoy nature just a short distance from their front doors. Each year, the Pathfinder District of Queens Council holds an Orienteering event nearby. In addition to over a hundred youth members enjoying the event, they are supported by dozens of volunteers of all ages who make the event work.
Cache is regular sized lock and lock located just off the orange trail. Be careful of muggles--as they can surprise you as they walk up the trail as you are pulling the cache from its hiding place.
Look for some special treasures within.
PLEASE REPLACE IN HIDING PLACE AS HINT SUGGESTS!
