CONGRATULATIONS TO BREADHEAD FOR FTF!

This used to be a main road in and out of the Valley Crest nursing home. The nursing home moved to a new building and is now known as Timber Ridge. I'm not sure how long its been since this road had been abandoned.

This is a great place to bring your dog(s) for a walk, especially if you want to take them off their leash and let them run free for a bit. I take my three dogs here once and a while and let them loose for some exercise. Its a nice walk from where you park at the guard rail to the end of the road. Unfortunately as you will notice, the road is getting shorter due to the dumping of yard waste and other debris. Enjoy this place while you can and I'll probably run into you here sooner or later.

From the first cache... A nice walk through the trees (BE ADVISED: YOU MAY FIND A FAIRLY WORN PATH, DON'T LET IT THROW YOU OFF. YOU SHOULD BE INTERSECTING IT.) to the second and final destination. You'll know it when you see it since its the only thing this deep in these woods that's not a tree. If someone can tell me what it used to be I'd be much obliged. Here you will look for an ammo box.

... You will also find a disposable camera. The camera is not for trade but rather to take a picture of yourself or team with the cache and when the camera is full I will develop the photos and post them for everyone to see!
