Geocache Description:


Another nice little trail located in Southbridge and probably the best for beginners to try geocaching for the first time. Trail head is from the West Street side (enter at the school) heading down to the soccer fields. There is some history here so take the time to read the signs. Benches dot along the Quinebaug River. This trail also ties into the trails that are across the dam at Westville Lake Recreation area. The two links should provide the hiker with some knowledge...kiosk typically doesn't have maps to take along with you on your journey. This site is a great for CITO...it's a popular public area. Do your part!
