The Greencastle Antrim High School Geocaching Club began in 2010. One of our goals was to put more caches within walking distance of the school. This cache will take you to a place where people protect and serve the community, but it will also take you to a stunning memorial to those who have sacrificed for their country.
The Greencastle Police Department and the Greencastle Borough workers know about this cache. The cache should be an easy find for anyone. It is a regular sized container with room for tradeable items, travel bugs, and coins. Please take time to examine the nearby monument, that is the real find here. I encourage you to take pictures of the monument and post them, but it is not a requirement to log this cache.
