steptoe: The carpark has been reopened, the viewing area is available again,
but the cache is gone - AGAIN!
This time I have given up and decided to archive in the hope another cacher may make use of the location.

A great new viewing area to watch the planes land and take off, with a cache to make you visit.
WP1 is at an info sign.
a= the number of Shared Path symbols on the map (NOT incluing the Key).
The distance to Penrhyn Estuary is shown, in the format 1.d km.
Now "hike" to the lookout (yeah, that one just there behind you), wheelchairs are fine.
On the info sign at the lookout itself, several years are shown in blue.
1929: the number of people employed was 16bc.
In another year section, there is info about the Botany Water Works. The Pier was completed in fghi.

Access - there is NO RIGHT TURN in or out of the carpark from Foreshore Drive.
Gates at THIS carpark are locked at Sunset, but the ones at the Boat Ramp are not - it is only 500m along the foreshore (east). If driving, it is the parking area before WP1.
The nearest toilets are also at the Boat Ramp.
This cache is also accessible from the park at SirJoseph (GC1M8HJ), with the new bike/walk path running over a bridge to the boat ramp and along the foreshore (about 1km away)
