Geocache Description:

Happy Halloween!

Eleventh in a series paying homage to some of our favorite books. This is for the short stories of Edgar Allan Poe, by far one of my favorite authors. Additionally, it is the first of three hides for Halloween. The cache is a smallish platic container. Should be super easy to find and is full of creepy crawly things.

List of Poe's "Tales:"

"The Black Cat"
"The Cask of Amontillado"
"A Descent into the Maelström"
"The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar"
"The Fall of the House of Usher"
"The Gold-Bug"
"Hop-Frog"
"Ligeia"
"The Masque of the Red Death"
"The Murders in the Rue Morgue"
"The Mystery of Marie Rogêt"
"The Oval Portrait"
"The Pit and the Pendulum"
"The Premature Burial"
"The Purloined Letter"
"The System of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether"
"The Tell-Tale Heart"

many are great spooky/scary stories perfect for Halloween!

CONGRATS TO Cynsayshi on FTF!
